The New Regional Conference Plan for 2022

In the spring of 2022, the Royal Rangers national office will be partnering with the regions to provide a new experience at the regional conferences taking place throughout the country. In 2022, the national office will be forgoing the annual LEAD National Conference to provide national-level content as part of each region’s conference, effectively combining the national and regional conferences into the same event.

The dates and locations for these regional conferences are noted below. Conference content will include the following topics. When possible, members of the Royal Rangers national staff will be there in person to answer questions or provide additional insight into the content presented.

• Program updates
• Training updates
• New resources available
• Camporama updates

All Royal Rangers leaders are encouraged to attend. The hope is that this format will enable many leaders to attend and receive the latest updates and information who may not have been able to attend the national conference. Travel costs should be significantly lower due to the proximity of the regional conferences as compared with the national conference.

These conferences will provide:

• Valuable program and ministry updates
• Opportunities for learning and leader development
• Opportunities for fellowship and connections with leaders from across your region
• A time of spiritual and personal renewal
• Recognition to leaders and districts for their accomplishments in pursuing the objectives of the program
